Thermocore Roof Panels is a new product designed to keep the cabin cooler in Summer and warmer in Winter

When Thermocore chose a Jeep Wrangler JK unlimited as its preferred company vehicle, we soon found a need for protection against the radiant heat generated by the detachable canopy. Our design team got to work. Their brief was to produce an attractive, lightweight panel with great insulative properties at an affordable price!

The end Result

Thermocore Roof Panels use scientifically proven thermal laminates to optimize protection against heat and cold. Thermocore Roof Panels evolved after prototyping and testing various concepts, construction methods and utilising a number of technical materials.

We believe that we have developed a product that has fulfilled a void in the market and one which will be received well by Wrangler enthusiasts worldwide.
